Early Childhood Instructional Coach Works with Early Childhood Education (ECE) staff to promote a high quality educational program that fosters achievement in students. Coaches classroom teachers on a variety of teaching strategies, classroom environment and to ensure compliance to professional ethical standards. Collaborates with stakeholders to address student situations. Adheres to all Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Rules and Regulations for part-day Preschool Programs.

Requirements:

• Must have, or willing to obtain, a PDIS account and apply for a Credential in the system within 30 days of employment.

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Level 4 or higher Credential 2.0 through Professional Development Information System (PDIS).

Preferred:

• Basic Level Training Credential through PDIS
• Reflective Supervision Training through CDHS
