STEP, Inc., a multifaceted community action agency, is seeking applicants for the following position: Early Head Start Family Educator in Franklin County. The Family Educator will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive home-based services to children, families, and pregnant women enrolled in the Early Head Start Program. This position will facilitate visits to the families’ homes, assist families in obtaining needed information, resources, and services including acting as a link between the family and community, identifying and addressing concerns, facilitating socialization days, and ensuring continuity of services.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with infants and toddlers;
• Experience working with low-income families;
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• CDA Credential in Infant/Toddler Development or equivalent.

Hourly salary range $12.76 - $15.62. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401K.
