eCommerce Strategist

The eCommerce Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and optimize customer experience for an eCommerce website.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and optimize the customer experience for an eCommerce website.
• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies that align with organization’s goals.
• Thorough understanding of eCommerce trends and technologies.
• Drive revenue growth through the eCommerce channel by identifying opportunities to increase online sales, reduce cart abandonment, and optimize conversion rates.
• Strong analytical background and be able to use data and customer behavior insights to make data-driven decisions to improve eCommerce performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, operations, and IT to ensure alignment of eCommerce strategies and priorities.
• Experience managing an eCommerce budget and be able to make informed decisions about where to invest resources to achieve eCommerce goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest eCommerce trends and best practices and be able to recommend new strategies and tactics to improve eCommerce performance.
• Able to lead eCommerce projects from conception to execution, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
