Role SummarySupervises a team of Provider Data Senior Analysts (Service Team) with responsibility for the resolution of service intakes and system fallout/provider data equivalency in and between HCPM and claim engines (Facets). The primary function of the senior supervisor is to oversee and provide coaching assistance to the Service Team as part of these activities. The supervisor will hold the team accountable for addressing all inquiries, researching data issues and performing updates within service level agreements for our matrix partners. The supervisor is responsible for managing the personnel effectively, striving for improved productivity, quality and identification of potential data issues. They continuously look for opportunities to improve work flows and reduce fallout through enhanced technology and realizing greater efficiency in the work.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily management of five Provider Data Senior Analysts.
Monitor service intakes, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
Ensure SLAs are attained regarding fallout/equivalency report reviews.
Identification and escalation of any data issues identified when reviewing inquires and fallout/equivalency reports.
Drive critical-thinking within the team; promote root cause analysis and trending to drive reduction in volumes and improve provider data integrity across systems
Conduct regular team meetings and check in conversations with staff.
Provide ongoing staff development through coaching, mentoring and performance management. Ensure employees receive timely feedback to improve their performance.
Retain employees through effective communication, professional development, job satisfaction and trust.
Responsible for managing the workload and quality within the Service Team
Partner across EDSM and PIDM teams to drive overall improvement in the data and reduction in fallout; collaborate to build better processes
Responsible for monitoring team performance using Sharepoint, fallout/equivalency reports, DAL, MOS Dashboard, Inventory Manager, and other system tools.
Oversee the ongoing training of new hires and existing staff
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred
HCPM and CPF system experience required
Inventory Manager experience preferred
Facets system experience desired, not required
One-year or more supervisory or management experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of data movement within our systems is preferred
Working knowledge of Cigna products and services desired, not required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Strong decision-making and leadership skills
Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet agreed upon timelines
Strong planning, project management
Ability to influence others and facilitate change
Ability to manage stressful situations effectively through proven conflict resolution skill

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 67,900 - 113,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
