Reports to: Director of Certification Standards
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of the continuing education (CE) Sponsor/Provider program submission review and acceptance process for CIMA / CIMC / CPWA / RMA certifications.
Goals and Objectives:
- Develop, maintain, and administer detailed processes for CE Sponsor/Provider application submissions including program evaluation and determination.
- Maintain detailed processes for renewing and expiring CE Sponsors and accepted programs.
- Coordinate/participate with IT department and/or vendors in developing and enhancing database functionality and processes to improve procedures around CE Sponsor/Provider relations.
- Develop and maintain effective communications that educate and support CE Sponsor/Providers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate and process CE Sponsor and Provider applications and communicate outcomes within service levels.
- Review, evaluate and process provider course/program submissions against required criteria to determine applicability and communicate outcomes within service levels.
- Facilitate renewal reminder process for expiring CE sponsors and accepted CE programs within service levels.
- Develop and monitor website content specific to CE Sponsor/Providers.
- Provide input to develop improvement opportunities for processes and system functionality and online resources.
- Develop and administer audit process for CE sponsors.
- Administer audit and secret shopper process for certification exams.
- Perform system maintenance for CE programs and active CE providers.
- Develop and provide statistical reports as needed.
- Maintain SOPs.
- Support the Certification Department as needed, including customer service.
- Participate in other projects and directed
Education and Experience:
- High School graduate required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Intermediate level knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office products required
- Experience building constructive relationships with a variety of customers required
- Experience in certification/credentialing field preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000
IWI has a hybrid workplace, requiring in office attendance 2 days per week.
