Job description
The EEG/Neurophysiology Technician is responsible for the daily operation of the department including patient testing and maintenance of laboratory records and supplies. The primary function is to accurately record the electrical activity of the brain and sensory pathways for the evaluation of dysfunction on outpatients and inpatients of all ages, neonatal through geriatric populations.
Job Requirements:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six (6) months of recent acute care or physician office clinical experience. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire date.
Preferred: Associates degree in a health related field.
Special Skills/Equipment: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and department specific databases.

Schedule: Part-Time-24hrs/week, Evenings/Days, 8:00A-4:30P, 3:00P-11:30P w/ rotating weekends, holidays & other shifts as needed
