EEG Technologist Job Summary:
EEG Technologist Job Qualifications:
- Graduated from Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program preferred
- 5 or more years’ experience working in a clinical EEG setting OR
- Board certification from ABRET [American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists] in R.EEG.T [Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist] or R.EP.T [Registered Evoked Potential Technologist] with 6 months experience working in a clinical EEG setting OR
- Board certification from AAET [American Association of Electrodiagnostic Technologists] in R.NCS.T [registered Nerve Conduction Studies Technologist] with 6 months experience working in a clinical EMG setting
- Competency in all aspects of the EEG Technician, Evoked Potential Technician or Nerve Conduction Studies Technician
- Basic PC and Microsoft™Windows® knowledge
EEG Technologist Licenses/Certifications:
- ENDT Program Certificate Preferred
