What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a full-time Electronic Monitoring Agent to work with clients in Marin County. Our Electronic Monitoring Agents are a customer service-focused team that directly supports our clients. Your work will include:

  • Conducting intakes, including screenings and assessments
  • Managing all new referrals, including scheduling and managing all enrollments and installations
  • Install, remove, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of our equipment
  • Manage daily alerts
  • Conduct other related services such as home detention monitoring and drug testing
  • Work directly with Probation Officers and other law enforcement officials

As an Electronic Monitoring Agent, you’re on the front lines of our program, working each day to manage, guide, and support clients—many of whom are struggling with addiction and to find success in their supervision program. Being monitored is not always easy, and as an Electronic Monitoring Agent, you’ll have the right balance of compassion, attention to detail, and listening skills. You’ll have the opportunity to support and guide your assigned clients by providing clear communication of expectations and limits, being accessible and responsive to troubleshoot and answer questions, and by helping problem-solve a variety of issues related to their monitoring, their supervision program, or other elements of their lives.

What You’ll Need to Have

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Willing to work flexible hours, such as occasional nights and weekends
  • Customer service or offender management experience
  • Knowledge of the state/local corrections or judicial system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Your own vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • The ability to travel if required
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus but not required
