2023-24 Elementary Teacher, St. Thomas More, Lynnwood

St. Thomas School is a diverse preschool-8th grade school in Lynnwood. We are seeking a full-time teacher to join our elementary faculty.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Valid state teaching credential in elementary education
• Successful experience teaching elementary

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Practicing Catholic
• Successful experience teaching in a diverse student environment

The applicant must also show strengths in the following areas:

• Commitment to equity and inclusion
• Knowledge and application of instructional and assessment best practices
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues as part of a professional learning community
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and community

Salary: is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications. Salary Range: $54,000-$97,000
