Our family-owned and operated shoe store has been stepping up the shoe fashion and comfort game in Milwaukee since 1950! Responsibilities include:

• Create, design, and send emails, split among four brands, selecting products to feature based on inventory and merchandising recommendations.
• Plan a monthly email content calendar featuring relevant products, sales, and events.
• Must be an excellent copywriter to develop a unique voice for four separate brand entities in written and visual communications.
• Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Department in the project management and execution of marketing campaigns for Stan's, Goodmiles Running Company, The Vionic Store Milwaukee, Waxberg's Walk Shoppe & our e-commerce websites
• Knowledge or interest in AI marketing tools

• Write blog posts and other website copy to improve SEO rankings for targeted keywords and products
• Edit and proofread various company documents, including press releases, mailers, and letters

• Coordinate logistics for monthly sales, such as distributing signage, programming online codes, ordering coupons, etc.
• Design ability using Canva or Adobe Tools
• Work with brand representatives to get co-op approvals on marketing materials
• Work with internal and external team members to ensure timely submission of assets for billboard, TV, and print mailers.
• Foster relationships with community organizations and speak on the behalf of Stan's brands
• Assist at internal and external marketing events
• Provide additional support to the department and organization as needed
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work on tight deadlines

Required Qualities and Skills:

• Experience with email marketing required
• 3+ years of experience
• Detail-oriented; hard-working; self-starter; creative
• Knowledge and experience with Canva, WordPress, Shopify, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for Mac
• Ability to engage and represent our brands in the community
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
