As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and other one to one communications to achieve brand goals and drive traffic online and in store!

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• 
  Stay on top of the competitive email landscape as well as email trends and standard processes
• Make suggestions for campaign improvement based on observations
• Work with Email Manager and Email Supervisor on management and execution of email deployment calendar
• Work cross-functionally with Email Supervisor, Brand, Creative, Brand, Dev/Coding, CRM, Consumer Intelligence, Site Management and Merchandising to support email execution, from briefing process to final deployment
• Create campaign tracking links within web analytics tool
• Assist the Email Supervisor and Email Marketing Manager with the development of campaign segmentation
• Work with CRM team to complete email list pulls based on segmentation strategy
• Deliver final assets and data to the third party email service provider and/or set up email campaigns within the tool
• Lead the completion of email campaigns, coordinating rounds of proofing and testing to final deployment
• Lead the execution of A/B email testing
• Monitor the deployment of email marketing campaigns
• Use third party email service provider and web analytics provider reporting tools to gather and analyze results
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly email campaign results reports and make recommendations for optimizations

• Completed Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
