• Support enrollment activity by managing the Online Enrollment Portal including auditing work and annual enrollments, initiating enrollment file feeds and integrations, and building benefit plans.
• Assist with service-related issues, claims, eligibility, and benefit questions as requested.
• Maintain carrier updates and bulletins in a shared document environment.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings with carriers as directed.
• Collect marketing information and create drafted emails.
• Maintain regular communication with carriers and attend carrier meetings
• Update clients communication templates as needed
• Create benefit plan guides, prepare appendix materials, and create draft proposals and presentations
• Maintain marketing sheet with coverage details
• Manage ACA module in the portal
• Regularly update and manage compliance checklists, compliance packets, PCORI reporting, etc.
• Run reporting in Employee Navigator as well as search for information as needed, and assist clients with their Employee Navigator login
• Actively engage in learning; study industry trends. Seeks out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.

• Life and Health License is preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of office experience.
