Job Description/Responsibilities:

· This position is for a Government contract and is located at the 81st Readiness Division (RD) Headquarters, Fort Jackson (Columbia, SC). Requires 5 years of experience in facility repair and renovation or as a project estimator/foreman.

· Responsible for project development and estimating by preparing Performance Work Statements/work plans for sustainment and repair issues of components at 81st RD facilities, in accordance with applicable 81st RD and Army Reserve guidelines.

· Must have the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate data collection.

· Working knowledge and experience using RSMeans (highly preferred).

· Ability to use AutoCAD or MSVisio to generate drawings/graphics.

· Ability to perform drawing verification against existing conditions.

· Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

· This position may require occasional travel to perform field surveys for project development.

· Must possess strong organizational and time management skills – able to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and assistance.

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
