Entrata Specialist

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $20 Per hour

POSITION SUMMARY: The Entrata Specialist assists our on-site and corporate teams with day-to-day Entrata operations. You will be trained to be able to troubleshoot and assist with team members' questions and concerns.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist onsite teams with daily needs in a professional manner (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.)
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
• Work with your team to answer all questions via email and provide training in person and over Microsoft Teams
• Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of Entrata to quickly respond to inquiries
• Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Entrata Software is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills required
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
• Enjoy and take pride in providing high-quality and friendly service
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
