Job description

We are a small locally owned and operated business looking for an equipment operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heavy equipment operation, a valid driver's license, clean driving record and capable of using own initiative. The successful candidate will be operating large equipment such as skidsteer, mini excavator and loading materials, as well as performing other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, skidsteer, and other construction equipment

Excavate and load materials

Assist in labor as needed

Team player

Perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience operating construction equipment

Valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in all weather conditions
