Job description
Welcome visitors and guests by greeting them, in person, or on the telephone. Answers or refers inquiries.
Administers Visitor Passes, and maintains Visitor log.
Directs visitors/guests by giving instructions.
Maintains security procedures by monitoring staff and residents movements, to promote facility security and
prevent resident unsafe wandering. Follows all security procedures.
Provides general clerical support, including, but not limited to:
Sorts resident mail from the General Mail received by the facility (letters, packages, etc). Verifies that the resident is still a current resident. Gives Resident all resident mail, packages, flowers to Recreation/Activities Department for delivery, within 2 hours of receipt at Reception Area.
Notifies departments of any package delivery within 1 hour of deliver, and assures delivered to appropriate recipient within 2 hours of package delivery.
Greets new residents, welcomes them to the facility, takes photograph, and uploads the resident photograph to EMR system within one (1) hour of arrival to facility.
Processes copy, fax, and scanning requests, as requested.
Monitors received faxes, and delivers them to the appropriate person, within an hour of receipt, by placing in the appropriate fax file, and emailing the recipient.
Accepts and processes guest meal requests and payments.
Performs facility shredding, and cleans surrounding area, maintaining order and cleanliness.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.20 - $15.00 per hour
