D & L Entertainment is now hiring part-time event security staff to work in the Greater Dallas / Fort Worth Area.
As we get into the spring and summer we have several exciting special events we are staffing.
The venues & events we will be staffing include: Dos Equis Pavilion, Gilley’s Dallas, AT&T Performing Arts Center, Dallas Symphony Orchestra at Meyerson Symphony Center, Texas Trust Theatre (Grand Prairie), Music Hall at Fair Park, the Dallas Convention Center and various concerts and festivals.
The "Right-Fit" Candidate for this role must be professional in manner and appearance and comfortable in quickly becoming familiar with building/venue procedures. Candidates must also be capable of being on their feet for extended periods of time.
We offer between $13 and $18 per hour, depending on the event.
Job Functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Access Control
- Asset Protection
- Crowd Management
- Provide exceptional Guest Service
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must pass all criminal history background checks
- No experience necessary, all required training provided
- Assistance provided in completing the state mandated training
- Applicants already licensed with Level II and III license preferred
- Excellent communications skills and guest service focus is a must
- Former Military or Law Enforcement experience a plus
