Drainage Excavation Leader

** 12.00 - £13.25 per hour + Enhanced overtime **

The Lanes Group needs more Drainage Excavation Engineers to boost the team and manage our increased workload to our growing depot network.

About you:

You’re a hard worker, keen to be part of a strong team and happy in the great outdoors, come rain or shine. We have a reputation for great customer service, so you’ll be able to communicate respectfully with clients and the public when necessary.

Along with previous drainage and excavation experience, you’ll need up to date CSCS card and NRSWA qualification. Confined spaces and first aid training are an advantage, but not essential.

The job:

Require x2 Excavation Leaders for our Chester branch. You will be heading up a two-person team on groundworks

Your schedule will vary to include all types of clients and worksites, from commercial and residential to industrial, rail, road and utility, right across the region. And you’ll need to be on board with our award-winning health and safety programme which covers all aspects of your life at Lanes.

Being flexible is essential: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours call-out rota.
