JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This role will manager/perform diversified administrative functions that require decision-making and problem-solving with minimal direction. This includes correspondence administration, meeting and travel coordination, expense reporting, and exercising substantial judgment and discretion in non-routine situations. This role must also work closely with other members of the office/business.
Essential Functions

- Assist in preparing expatriate and international hire visa applications. Assist in hiring international talents.
- Coordinate and arrange various reception matter for the company and prepare relevant supplies for receiving guests.
- Responsible for managing business travels for the company’s employees, including but not limited to, updating business travel policies, verifying executive employee business travel plans and submit OA travel requests, book flight tickets, car rentals, hotel rooms for employee business travels.
- Establish rules for managing the company’s office supplies. Purchase and manage office supplies daily.
- Submit required reports to the company’s headquarters per headquarters requirements.
- Manage company vehicle fleet, including maintaining insurance coverages, vehicle registrations, coordinating to conduct vehicle maintenance, keeping track of vehicle usage, and other matters.
- Manage expatriates’ housing, including renting, paying and reimbursing daily expenses, returning house at the end of rental term, call for house maintenance, and other matters.
- Assist HR to conduct new hire orientations.
- Procure office facilities and coordinate relevant maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend hours may be required as necessary.
Travel
Travel is expected for this position up to 25%.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, accounting or other relevant discipline
- Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, both written and oral.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, MS Word, and Excel).
- able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention-to-detail and accuracy while maintaining a pleasant and “can do” attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be willing to work as a part of a team.
