Our company is looking for an experienced and driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO and other senior executives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting executives by arranging meetings, taking notes, scheduling appointments, and communicating with personnel in other departments. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant who will help drive the success of our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and co-workers.
  • Manage appointments.
  • Compose correspondence.
  • Manage business trips.
  • Handle and route incoming faxes, email, and phone calls.
  • Attend meetings and take notes.
  • Organize the schedule.

Job Type: Full-time
