Summary of the position:
Vantage Point is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with proven experience working with C-Suite personalities at our Santa Monica office. (not remote)
The person in this position will perform more than administrative tasks; they are often the executive’s “right-hand person” who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. They filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive’s role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.

Since its inception, Vantage Point has built several successful cannabis companies, including a fully vertically integrated operations in CA and CA’s most popular cannabis flower brand, A Golden State, and a leading effects-based flower band called PHASES.
Job Responsibilities:
- Confidently engage in coordinating meetings, activities, and commitment tracking.
- Provide decision support with research, analysis, and synthesis.
- Manage and execute special projects as designated by the Managing Partner/CEO.
- Proactively managing schedule and tasks to ensure Managing Partner/CEO is maximizing their time and is most effective at doing their job. In essence, being a few steps ahead of them all the time and helping to steer me towards success.
- Travel with Managing Partner/CEO for support
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Run various errands for Managing Partner/CEO as necessary
Knowledge Requirements:
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Comfortable problem-solving and making independent decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Creative and organized approach to workload management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize several deadlines at once and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- History of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Self-starter with a history of excellent communication and time management skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, agility, and changing priorities.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, and/or project manager (or similar support role);
- Entertainment and/or Professional Sports experience ++
