Plainville Electrical Products Company Inc. (PEPCO) is seeking an Experienced Project Manager with Electrical Engineering Background

Overview / Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
• Monitor and manage project progress and identify potential risks
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
• Ensure quality assurance throughout all phases of the project
• Implement strategies for cost control and resource optimization
• Develop and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret technical data and electrical engineering principles
• Effectively resolve project issues and conflicts
• Troubleshooting and resolving design issues
• Developing and validating product designs for cost, manufacturability and performance
• Working closely with other departments to ensure designs meet requirements
• Maintaining and adhering to engineering standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain technicl documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and industy standards

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Background in Power Systems/ Power Distribution
• Knowledge of Control Systems /Motor Controllers
• Knowledge of Transformers / AC Voltage
• Proficient in CAD software and the use of test equipment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
