The Position

We are looking for an energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic Coach to join our F45 team. An F45 Coach plays a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our workouts, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings a contagious energy. Come work with a team who is changing the fitness world and be day makers in every person’s life who walk through the door!

Responsibilities:

· Provide members and guests in studio the ultimate F45 coaching experience by engaging with members across a wide range of fitness levels (with training provided to set you up for success)

· Ensure participants are performing exercises safely, using the correct technique and offering modifications, progressions and regressions as needed

· Build and foster a positive, motivated and community based team training environment

· Ensure studio is well presented and has a high standard of operation

Qualifications/requirements:

· Energizing personality with a contagious passion for fitness that makes F45 the highlight of peoples day

· Superior communication and interpersonal skills

· Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Passion for fitness, wellness and the F45 brand

· No personal training experience required

· Building and nurturing strong relationships

· Coaches are required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

· Coaches must be able to properly demonstrate and perform each exercise with exceptional form

· Current CPR/AED certification required

· Must hold a current fitness certification from an F45-approved education entity as followed; ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association)

Desired skills and experience:

· 1+ years of experience in “best of class” specialty branded fitness, retail or hospitality environments

· Previous experience in Group Fitness Training or Personal Training

· 1 year of sales and marketing

· Experience with a brand that is highly stylized and has a strong culture

· Experience with High intensity fitness classes; Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Circuit Training, group exercise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

All equipment is sanitized after every workout and the studio is deep cleaned once daily!
