The role of the Maintenance Associate is to provide assistance to provide assistance to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor. Duties include maintenance and repair of the organization s facilities and properties in accordance with established guidelines. Serves as a role model for all employees, promoting teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills):

• General knowledge of construction, electrical maintenance or janitorial tasks or willingness to learn.
• Must be able to work without close supervision and capable of making simple discretionary decisions.
• High school graduate.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical / Mental Demands:

Regular light to medium work (25 to 50 pounds); occasional heavy work to include lifting up to 100 pounds. Sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, seeing, speaking, hearing.

Full Time Position - 7:00 am -3:30 pm Monday - Friday (occasional weekend required)

Pay : up to $14.00/hour
