A rare opportunity has arisen to assist in the management of a large and diverse estates and facilities functions for two NHS organisations.
Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust and Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust are creating an integrated estates function to develop and deliver local services to local people.
The Patient Environment Manager role will be key to the delivery of a successful facilities service to support the clinical and well-being strategies for both organisations and the local STP.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to come and join our Estates and Facilities Team. If you like the idea of working and travelling across a range of NHS buildings in Hertfordshire, then the Patient Environment Manager role could be what you're looking for. We are a hard-working, motivated and supportive team covering a wide range of sites with varying facilities from hospital based and out-patient services to office based Head Office environments for both Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust.
The Estates and Facilities Team provide support to both Trusts, ensuring that the buildings are safe, clean and in good condition for our visiting patients, service users and visitors. We are a friendly and hard working team who face daily challenges with enthusiasm. We liaise regularly and support each other with good communication, offering help and/or advice whenever it is needed.
