Job Description: Facilities Technician
Full-Time 36-40 hours per week
Primary Location: San Angelo, TX
Travel Requirement: In town only
Hours: 8-hour flexible shifts
Position Overview: Under general supervision, provides support for the basic maintenance and cleanliness of San Angelo facilities.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Follow oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse population.
3. Ability to work independently with limited supervision
4. Two years of relevant experience
5. Present a positive, professional image.
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Performs basic electrician and plumbing repairs, such as changing light bulbs or cleaning obstructed waste lines.
2. Conduct activities to manage facilities for special events.
3. Conduct furniture revisions as needed.
4. Ensure that premises and equipment are well maintained, clean and safe.
5. Clean all offices, bathrooms, and common areas during non-business hours on a rotating basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
