Founded in 2015, Oh Polly creates high-quality, innovative designs that are trend-driven, meeting our customers’ needs in an ever-evolving market without compromising on our global responsibility and ethical values. Our business model is social first, centred around our industry-leading Instagram and Facebook accounts.2020 saw the launch of Bo+Tee, Oh Polly’s much-loved gym and activewear brand, followed by the launch of Neena Swim in 2021, focusing solely on stylish swimwear. Fast forward to 2023 and we now have a combined following of over 8 million across the brands, selling products in almost every single country around the world. Responsibilities
Monitoring the photoshoots and directing creatives on set. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Selecting glam (hair and makeup) for each shoot and ensuring it’s on brand and within the shoot aesthetic
• Communicating with the design and buying team pre shoot to ensure there are no sample issues and post shoot to flag any fit issues
• Ensuring all range plans / style cards / checklists are organised and available for all staff on set that day
• Creating moodboards to direct posing on each shoot and direct the aesthetic of the shoot for ecommerce - ensuring each collection has a new, fresh, look when shot for retail online
• Creating concepts for campaign ideas for each collection
• Assisting with styling to ensure it’s within the aesthetic of the overall shoot

Throughout the shoot tasks include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring the laptop and ensuring that clothing is worn like pictured in the style cards
• Adjusting garments accordingly where needed
• Ensuring grey card images are taken
• Recording looks that grey card images are taken on
• Crossing off completed looks on the range plan (cross-reference with stylist post shoot)
• Ensuring lunch is taken at an appropriate time
• Ensure touch ups start and end on time
• Advising the team when shooting will resume so that the photographer is in place and read

Experience/Skills

• 2-3 years working in the Creative Production industry is a must.
• You should be extremely knowledgeable about our target market.
• You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (on set) with earlier starts (i.e. 7.45am) and later finishes (6pm) on shoot days.

Personal Qualities

• You should be extremely creative
• We are looking for someone who is bubbling with ideas and the enthusiasm to implement them.
• As well as being efficient, you should have a strong passion and interest in all things fashion
• We are looking for someone who is a hard worker who is constantly looking to take their career to their next level
• You should be capable of switching between tasks regularly throughout the day according to demand
