Elite Landscape Maintenance our dba, is looking to add another certified fertilizing technician. You must possess a valid driver’s license, with the ability to get a chauffeur’s license. If you do not have these, we will work with you to attain them. You must be certified in 3A. We will help with getting certified. We are looking for at least 1 year of experience.

Fertilizing Technician Expectations:

It is the fertilizing technician’s job to meet or exceed the established company guidelines for quality.

They will be responsible for the job at hand and job description.

This person must provide assistance with customer service by providing quality work and obeying company policies.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with customer to determine needed products-grub control, weed control, fertilizing, etc.

• detect issues with property and suggest remedies.

• Maintaining equipment

• Fertilizing customer’s properties

• Maintain accurate records and paperwork

• Ability to work outside for prolonged periods of time in various types of weather i.e. heat, rain, etc.

• Clover leaf sales/direct, face to face customer sales will be required. Up selling products.

Physical Requirements:

• lifting up to 60 lbs.

• working outside standing, lifting, twisting.

• ability to tolerate heat for extended periods of time while working

Hours: M-F, some weekends, as work requires.

Benefit options include IRA, health, dental, and optical insurance options available after 90 days.

Pay: $15-$18/hr. depending on experience and certifications.

Weekly pay.
