Job Details:
- Employment Status: Full Time
- Job Locations: San Antonio, TX (surrounding cities)
- Starting Pay: Based on education & experience
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday 40 hours – flex schedule depending on events & business needs
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support development of monthly promotions
- Marketing Material Inventory Levels - Organization Structure for material, Suggested levels per agency, Suggested levels of new policy material, Roll-out “the Pronto way”
- Business Partners Marketing Management
- Manage Agency Created Marketing Material (Flyers / Posters / Door Hangers)
- Works with field & Marketing team to create & develop referral promotions
- Meet with all agency managers to create marketing plan for the month based on their individual needs and goals
- Manage district budget for agencies marketing efforts
- As needed Event Support - Food distribution, Captain Suit Management, Banner Set-up, Sound System Setup, Photos of Event, Game Coordination, Radio Remote Coordination on site, Social Network Posts (Facebook / YouTube)
- Decoration Support, Agency Assessment Sq. ft. Categorization. Execution of Decoration Material, Receive, Set-up and Takedown
- Strategic Street Team Support - Flyers / Door Hangers
- Support with Marketing Plans by Store/Territory - Serve as connection between corporate and local clients.
- Customer Experience & Image
- Customer Is Gold Visits - Monthly Review of Agency, Staff Review, Agency Review, Customer Experience
- On-site Surveys - 50 monthly by territory, Rate the Experience, Advertising Effectiveness, Events in the area
- Agency Assessment - Size of Store, Layout, Distribution, Photos, Following “the Pronto way”

Qualifications:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period.Computer Proficiency. Preferred:Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.Key Characteristics:Ability to execute high level sales volume and fee generation.Demonstrates strong motivation and team building skills.Ability to teach and coach others to exceed sales goals by mastering sales processes.Effectively presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.U.S. Eligibility Requirements: Interested candidates must submit an application and resume/CV online to be considered Are you 18 years of age or older or can you demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract?
