We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door marketing efforts and grow our customer base.


Job Overview:

The Canvassing Manager will lead a team of canvassers to generate leads and appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry and a proven track record of driving successful canvassing campaigns. The Canvassing Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of a team of canvassers, as well as setting and achieving weekly and monthly goals for lead generation.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to generate leads and appointments for our sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement canvassing strategies to increase lead generation and achieve weekly and monthly goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and offer ongoing training and support.
  • Manage canvasser schedules and territory assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as leads generated and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for converting leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all canvassing activities and report on progress to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in solar sales, marketing, or canvassing
  • Proven track record of driving successful canvassing campaigns and achieving lead-generation goals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and report on performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of solar technology and industry trends is preferred but not required.
