We are seeking a hardworking, goal-oriented, full-time Field Operations Manager to join our Basement Waterproofing Team! Unique Operations Management Opportunity for Motivated Individual:

Income and Benefits:

• Base Salary ranging $60,000-$65,000 | Paid Weekly

• Full Benefits Package and 401k

• Advancement & realistic, upward mobility

Job Specifications:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

• Scheduling project installations with customer after sale has been finalized

• Confirming contract obligations and non-contract obligations with the buyers

• Managing the customer experience throughout the installation process

• Collecting funds and follow up for all jobs under 60 days

• Controlling material and labor cost

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Basement Waterproofing and Foundation a plus, but not necessary

• Driven and well organized, enthusiastic, and willing to work in the days and early evenings

• Moderate computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be able to lift 65lbs
