Texas Original Field Representative will act as an ambassador for Texas Original and the Compassionate Use Program. Provide direct support to prescribing doctors for the Field Rep’s respective territory. Help nourish and grow the patient base of each prescriber in the Field Rep’s respective portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define new critical markets and find new doctors in the assigned territory, plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution relation building
- Maintain current doctor relationships in the assigned territory through assistance with the CURT registry, up to date news of the landscape and event coordination
- Prepare comprehensive internal key performance indicators, present strategic plans, and implement steps to grow sales and create demand to improve doctor partnership
- Ability to lead regular meetings with major clients that unlock additional sales opportunities
- Create demand for Texas Original products and services
- Function as key liaison for doctors to build and establish long-term business partnerships with Texas Original
- Responsible for Sales through the development and management of doctor strategy in assigned account territory
- Travel expectations: 30%
What you'll need to succeed:
- Requires basic knowledge of landscape in the market and the ability to make strategic decisions based on that information
- Typically requires an associate degree and 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience
- Start-up experience is a plus
