Required:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Technical degree, equivalent military experience or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Required:
- Ability to obtain TWIC card
- Ability to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements
- 5-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience or 3 years of industry specific experience
- 3 years of leadership or management experience
- Proficient with computers, business software such as Microsoft office, Skype, Oracle/SAP, cloud-based solutions
- Ability to communicate up, down, across teams
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Demonstrates critical thinking and complex trouble shooting in or to guide and advise team members and customers
- Ability to defuse customer situations or internal issues
- Able to pass a credit check
- Able to operate a company vehicle
- Able to pass driver requirements which include:
- Driver Application for Employment
- Driver Disclosure and Release
- Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement
- FMCSA Certificate of Awareness
- Driver Certificate of Violations
- Driver Statement of On Duty Hours
- Road Test
- Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back)
- Copy of Medical Certificate
- Receives coaching and guidance from senior management
- Defines and drives customer, employee and safety management as well as interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
