Job description
Main Purpose
As a Field Service Rep with Tradebe, you will provide quality customer service to all of Tradebe’s internal and external customers. You will work closely with the sales team and partner with them to provide satisfactory customer services to our new and existing customers.
The role
- Create and process service orders, sales orders, transportation documents, and manage data entry in SAP for Field Service jobs.
- Individual must be proficient in computer skills relative to typing and data entry; be able to interpret customer contracts
- Act as a liaison between operations, sales, and contract administrators to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
The person
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word are required.
- SAP proficiency, and three years of administrative, customer service, sales support, or related experience, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, in addition to strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, are required.
