NOW HIRING!! Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Final Assemblers to work in Elk Grove Village.

Both Frist and Second Shift available! Great Team environment!

First shift- 6:30AM-3:00PM

Second Shift 3:15PM-11:45PM

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Use a scanner or a keyboard to input the information required on Tango scanning system.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to build, de-panel, insert/placement of components, pre-form components using various hand tools from pliers to screwdrivers.
• Must be able to stand for duration of 4 hrs to work depending on job assignment.
• Any other duty your manager assigns.

AUTHORITY:

• Report quality discrepancies to the department group leader or supervisor for correction.
• Report damaged and non-conforming material to the department group leader or supervisor for disposition.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred
• Special Abilities: Computer knowledge, basic math skills
• Training Time: 1 week
• Environmental Demands: Able to stand and lift 35 lbs. Able to stoop, squat and raise arms to pick parts from upper and lower shelves. Warehouse/Production conditions.

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

• Computer knowledge comparable to position.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
