We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join us on a 3 year rotational graduate scheme at our head offices in the Leeds suburb of Morley (LS27 0WH).

Salary: Starting salary of £27,000 + bonus scheme (incremental increases throughout the 3 years based upon exam success and performance)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 39hrs per week

• You’ll rotate around our Finance teams where you’ll work on business priorities and improvement projects. The structure of the scheme means you’ll get involved in different areas from accounting, commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence
• You’ll be hands on producing monthly and weekly management reports as well as carrying out a variety of other analysis and support work for the broader finance team and wider business
• You’ll be nurtured as part of the EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme with a business mentor provided to support you on your journey with us. Alongside this you’ll have the support of a graduate “head of year” and mentors / buddies from across finance.

• You will be based in our Head Office in Morley, however there will be a requirement to travel nationally on occasion

What You’ll Need To Become an EVRi Graduate

• A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
• A minimum Grade B (5/6) in Maths and English GCSEs
• Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
• Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator
• To enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Be analytical and good with numbers with plenty of common sense
• A full UK driving license as some travel may be required in this role between EVRi and client sites
• The ability to solve problems and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business
