Position Overview

Main duty of Finance Planning Associate will be estimating working capital required for the short and long-term objectives of the company.

Finance Planning Associate will assist a Controller with evaluating companies’ financial performance and measuring returns on investments, understanding, and calculating the risks involved in the financial activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts and monthly proforma financial reports
• Develop an annual budget for the company and create long-term projections based on departmental needs and upcoming capital projects
• Prepare BEP analysis to set a concrete sales goal and to analyze any effects of changes in price, cost, and sales volumes
• Perform financial modeling to maintain adequate liquidity for all entities, including managing global cash balances and overseeing all intercompany cash movements
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting departments on a regular basis to align objectives and meet all financial targets, and support the collection of overdue payments
• Managing our credit insurance policy, i.e., review customers & supplier’s financials for financial health analysis while, credit review including overseeing the extension of credit and implementing the changes
• Manage debt interest, principal payments, revolver usage, and available capacity
• Support AR/PO any financing efforts
• Industry Research and Analysis, i.e., follow-up trade policy, IRA, Roth report, government compliance such as DOE requests, etc.
• Maintain a secure system and procedures to impose an adequate level of control over financial activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field
• Two years relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Personal integrity and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
