Fisher National Bank/Midwestern Securities is searching for a passionate Financial Advisor to lead an Investment Services Division located within Fisher National Bank. This is an excellent opportunity for a Producer who is looking to take on a new adventure and who is ready to step up and lead a division.
The main role of the Financial Advisor is to create lasting relationships with clients by helping them make intelligent financial decisions based on their unique situations and goals. He/she will focus on creating meaningful investment solutions for clients, not pushing any particular products.

Other Responsibilities Include :

• Managing and growing the division’s current book of business
• Developing a strategic business plan for the division and making regular progress toward the goals you set for the division
• Building a strong referral network with important centers of influence in the community and beyond
• Prospecting both inside the institution to current bank customers and outside the institution to bring in new relationships

This role affords tremendous upside potential both financially and for career growth. Compensation is salary plus commission to start.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 Licenses
• Life, Health, Disability, Long-Term Care Insurance Licenses
• CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL certification, CHFC®, and other industry designations are a plus
• Outstanding Character – must display traits such as honesty, trust-worthiness, hard work ethic, team player
