The opportunity:
We are looking for a Financial Controls Administrator to come and join Zurich Corporate Risk; this could be you!
Working in our Financial Controls Team, you will provide support for the Reconciliations Team to ensure a high level of service to our customers, as well as develop strong relationships within the team, with Brokers and across the wider ZCR business.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
What will you be doing?
As Financial Controls Administrator, you will:
- Complete daily reviews of Control Reports
- Review processes to ensure that issues are resolved and fed back to other areas of the business
- Accurately allocate payments received from Clients for premium settlements
- Monitor Daily Work Manager and work allocation to ensure team KPI’s are met
- Train and share knowledge and expertise with other team members
- Control the team’s mailbox to address customer queries
- Regular maintenance and reconciliation of Work Manager
- Provide cover for the team when necessary
- Ensure you and the team provide a market leading service experience for customers
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Initiate and implement process improvement ideas

- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a desire to continue to improve processes and help drive the business forward
- Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels of staff, both within and outside of the team
- Committed to provide high quality work in a time pressured environment, while ensuring deadlines are met
- Able to analyse and interpret complex information to produce an output with high attention to detail
- Effective at working independently as well as in collaboration with others
- Knowledge of corporate protection products, processes, and services (ideal)
- Knowledge of corporate protection procedures, terms & conditions, and technical guides (ideal)
