Position Summary:

Pavion and our family of companies (CTSI, AFA, Structure Works, Star Asset Security, et al) is seeking a Financial Systems Developer (OneStream XF). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing metadata updates, enhancements, and system maintenance, as well as supporting the overall administration of the global OneStream XF application. This will include administering currently implemented solutions and support implementations in the future.

Primary Responsibilities:

Your work will center around the finance and accounting departments. You will gain an in-depth understanding of Onestream’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The essential job functions are driving new additions to the tool’s functionality; providing consultants, who expand the tool’s functionality, with instructions for the design, ensuring they are remaining on track, and validating their work; and serving as a liaison between consultants and users. Onestream is the fastest-growing and most highly-rated CPM on the market right now. The skills you gain in this role will be invaluable to our organization and the finance world at large.

• Leverage VBA skills to write business rules as new functionality is needed
• Design data source ETLs as new companies are acquired
• Learn the current Onestream platform functionality and become the expert that the accounting team leverages
• Create sample outputs of data and calculations that consultants can leverage to validate their results
• Assist with the rollout of the account reconciliation/task manager and other marketplace solutions

• Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms and perform training and end-user education of the system functionality, as needed
• Manage the request and approval process over metadata intake and execute changes into OneStreamXF cubes
• Maintain the OneStream application and deployed cubes across all active environments (Production and Dev), and coordinate and execute system upgrades throughout the year
• Manage consolidations, integrations and perform validations from source systems (Intacct, UKG, etc.) and ensure source data flows downstream as required to OneStreamXF cubes
• Manage implementation of continuous applications within the OneStream application including defining business needs, and assisting with solutioning roadmaps
• Develop and maintain various reporting solutions (OneStreamXF Cube Views and Excel Add-in) as needed by Accounting and Finance team
• Develop and maintain documentation over key processes and controls, used to support the consolidation and Financial Cube Views with OneStreamXF and associated cubes
• Summarize and distribute notes on application release reports and monthly metadata changes
• Troubleshoot end-user issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to understand business requirements, end-user needs
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
• Strong customer orientation and team orientation, solutioning for business application in the OneStream application
• Understand and manage data integration
• Work collaboratively cross functionally including HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Risk Management etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related data analytics field
• 2+ years with Multidimensional tools/Onestream XF
• 3 years of financial planning and analysis and/or financial reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MA/MS Master's Degree
• Experience with VBA coding (or another coding language)
• Experience with multidimensional tools including OneStream XF, but also Hyperion or other reporting applications
• Experience with OneStreamXF
• Knowledgeable of General Ledger Systems (MS Business Central, Sedona, Sage 300/Intact, Quickbooks, NetSuite, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of other OneStreamXF solutions (Task Manager, Account Reconciliation, Specialty Planning, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivots, lookups, get and transform data functions) and a minimum of intermediate PowerPoint skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows)
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met
• Experience with multiple sources of data integrations
• Team and solution focused personality and approach to work
• Ability to multitask and proactively research remediation's to questions or problems as they arise

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel 10% of the time
