Job description
Enlist as a soldier into the
United States Army and become a Joint Fire Control Specialist who employs automated systems in order to process technical firing solutions, process precision tactical fire missions, control tactical fires, conduct Joint sensor management, integrate fire support coordination measures, integrate maneuver control measures, manage and process meteorological data and troubleshoot technical firing solutions. This is NOT a civilian contractor position.
No experience is necessary. The position is entry-level.
JOB DUTIES:
- Process and relay tactical battlefield information to a network of joint fires in support of mission-based operations.
- You will integrate information from multiple users and sensors through the Army and other service networks, and you will operate computer and database systems.
PAID TRAINING:
- 10 weeks of Basic Training.
- 7 weeks of Technical School with on-the-job instructions.

ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
