Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking for a Fleet Management Administrator for a company that focuses on sustainability while manufacturing high-end microchips for the world's largest corporations. The right candidate will be in charge of overseeing the management of the company's leased and owned vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily procedures of fleet-related tasks including submission of check payment requests for newly received lease vehicles.
• Work with dealerships/transport companies to coordinate delivery of newly leased vehicles to the appropriate campus.
• Coordinate with assigned drivers to facilitate the return of lease vehicles.
• Maintain and track vehicle preventative maintenance/repairs.
• Assist with tracking and maintaining DMV-related tasks including registration renewals, license plate installation, etc.
• Schedule vehicles for maintenance/repairs with approved vendors & dealerships.
• Various other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a Fleet-related role.
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local laws on insurance and safety/compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Budgeting & forecasting skills.
