Responsibilities

As our new Float Pool RN, your love for variety will be satisfied by floating among all our floors within our Two Kansas Hospitals. We are looking for RN’s who are independent, flexible and confident of their skills. We provide an awesome orientation, advanced training and strong leadership/mentors; An excellent opportunity to enhance your skills. You will also be part of a close, very collaborative and supportive Nursing Team. As if all the above wasn’t enough, we also provide a very competitive compensation rate.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.
6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
