About the role...
We are searching for a full-time Supervisor for our Lahaina store, The position’s primary role is to assist the Retail Manager in achieving the store sales and profit targets by demonstrating leadership and providing exceptional customer service in the retail store. Day to day you will;
- Effectively managing the crew; implementing and modelling behavior based on our core values
- Manage wages and other expenses in line with budgets and policies
- Merchandising in line with VM guidelines and executing on these
- Managing and overseeing stock
- $20-21 per hour & sign on bonus
You will have excellent leadership skills and have demonstrated experience of this through your exceptional customer service and sales skills. Other key qualities about you include;
- Excellent communication skills including ability to get along and work with a team
- Merchandising skills with ability follow direction and execute this
- Ability to lead a team in the pursuit of common goals
- Ability to articulate company direction and focus
- Good time management skills and the ability to successfully multi task
- Ability to move quickly throughout store and obtain stock in backroom as necessary (including lifting boxes up to approximately 25 pounds, climbing step stools/ladders and standing/walking for long periods of time)
- Ability to arrive to work on time and follow a retail schedule, including working during holidays and our peak trade
