Our client is a luxury 4* Hotel in Cheshire renowned as an ideal location for weddings and bespoke private events. I am looking for an excellent Food and Beverage Manager to oversee their full F&B Operations.

The Role:
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running and development of all aspects of the Food and Beverage department. This includes the Restaurant, Bars, Conference & Events, Afternoon Teas and Room Service.

Your Experience:

• You will have proven experience and track record within a Food & Beverage leadership role within a 4* hotel.
• Motivate and engage your team, leading from the front whilst delegating tasks and prioritising workload
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career
• Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas by networking with local businesses and people
