Franchise Business Coach- REMOTE BUT MUST LIVE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF LOS ANGELES

Location: Remote but close enough to drive to the Los Angeles area on occasion
Reports to: VP of Operations
POSITION OVERVIEW: iNX, an emerging franchise company, is seeking a Franchise Business Coach with a strong background in business growth. This position will work closely with iNX franchise business owners and help them drive their local growth efforts and implement best practices.
The position will be responsible for implementation of best practices designed to help businesses grow their market share, interpret financial statements, build client relationships, expand their internal leadership team and act as a liaison between the franchisor and the franchisee.
Applicants must have a passion for, helping others, an interest in small business success, a strong ability to influence others, an energetic attitude, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone that has experience coaching Janitorial businesses, an ability to communicate well, motivate growth, hold business owners accountable to their commitments, and build out the coaching program.
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire and maintain exceptional customer service from our franchise network to the end client
- Initiate interventions to mitigate business churn
- Offer strategic consulting to help businesses scale with the right planning, staffing, systems, processes, technology, and vendor partnerships
- Coach franchise network to upsell additional services
- Analyze and coach to key performance indicators, financial statements, and other performance benchmarks to improve profitability
- Develop strong working relationships with franchise owners. Identify ways to help improve client relationships and motivate positive business behaviors
- Generate business growth by identifying untapped opportunities
- Maintain a contact schedule for franchise owners across the network to keep each franchise owner engaged and focused on growth
- Generate monthly and year-end reports for each franchise owner and our corporate team to make informed decisions and provide in-depth, confidential business analysis as needed
- Manage franchise contracts to assist in beneficial account transfers between franchise owners
- Work closely with the other team members to continually improve programs and processes to help franchisees solve problems and seize unique opportunities
- Assist in the development and production of training materials for events and franchisee business support
- Provide franchisees with sound business coaching via telephone, conference calls, training events and webinars
- Maintain brand standards and maintain franchise compliance with operational standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience owning, managing, or coaching a janitorial business
- 7+ years people management or coaching experience with an emphasis on personal and professional development
- Ability to analyze and develop action plans around business financials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General business management skills – working knowledge of small business, financials, operations and employee management
- Demonstrated quantitative analysis
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other analytical software packages
- A bachelor’s degree. Preferably in business, communications, finance, or other business- related fields

- While much of the work is done via phone and webinar, some travel may be required depending on the business needs
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with franchise coaching
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
