Customer Service Business Development

If you excel in providing outstanding customer service, are resourceful, and have the ability to coach and mentor while resolving problems by turning them into opportunities, this position is for you. This is a franchise development / business consultant position, consulting with an assigned group of franchisees throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, working from our office located in Los Angeles. As a Franchise Development Business Consultant, you would be responsible for providing business consulting services and resources to support and develop franchisees and help them grow their business in line with our business model. This position requires you to meet with the franchisees and their clients offsite as needed. Compensation is a base salary with a bonus structure that allows you to bonus on multiple aspects of the job.

ESSENTIALS:

• Must be bilingual Spanish, read, write and speak
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Drive to study and understand the attributes behind our company brand, processes and procedures
• Represent the company with vigor and enthusiasm with a strong team spirit
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships
• Availability to work an occasional evening or weekend
• Valid driver's license
• Solid employment tenure is a must
• At least 2 years customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
