Job description
The Front Desk Staff is at the 'information hub' of The Club @ Livermore. (Previously Livermore Valley Tennis Club). You will need suitable phone skills, and a friendly demeanor as you greet and check-in members and guests.
You will give out information and transfer calls or page managers to The Front Desk as needed. You will process many transactions for The Pro Shop and other Fitness departments.
This position also requires you to have a basic knowledge of the entire Club, where to find the information or to whom to refer members and guests to, for further assistance. We also have a very clean Club, so a certain amount of daily cleaning will be involved in this position too.
You have a few perks while working here too! We have a wonderful staff and with 12+ permanent hours scheduled you have the benefit of a Full Individual Membership, when you are scheduled 20 permanent hours or more, a Full Family Membership is included!
A few positions available: weekend, and evening availability.
