Front Office Assistant
Job description
We are looking for Office Assistant to join our team! This position works closely with our corporate team to meet project deadlines and keep company processes running smoothly. You will get great experience in accounting, inventory management, personnel, and retail procedures. Duty Summary:
- Work closely with stakeholders and department heads to support business procedures
- Process, file, and maintain paperwork and documentation
- Work with vendors, sub-contractors, and corporate team on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadline are met
- Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Accurately input data into company systems
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
- Perform other administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Pay: $16.50-17.50/hr
Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional weekends may be required)
