We are looking for true people person who can delight and wow our customers from the moment they contact the hotel. The selected candidate will become a part of our brilliant Front Office team who always strive to deliver the best service for our guests. You will be responsible for our switchboard, At Your Service, our one stop shop for our guests’ every need. You will be required to assist our guests in a warm and wise manner using skill and experience to show our guests that we genuinely care. You will be responsible for maintaining Marriott’s high standards of hospitality at all times by providing Streamlined Service and being there for the moments that matter. What you’ll be doing

• Attend to each call in a timely, courteous and professional manner, using correct telephone etiquette as directed by Brand guidelines.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to resolve guest requests and issues in a timely manner, keeping track of progress, and then following up with the guest upon completion.
• Review bulletin board and daily business, and show a thorough awareness of the operation and any relevant information pertaining to their particular shift.
• Take handover from previous shift and follow up any outstanding requests or issues to ensure completion and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an up to date log of all calls, paying attention to all the details.
• Inform Manager of any suggestions or feedback regarding the operation, and any challenging issues encountered.
• Prepare wake up call sheets for Nights and follow up on wake up call completion.
• Ensure completion of all tasks on checklist.
• To carry out any other reasonable request by your Manager, which may include support on the Front Desk and/or lobby.

• Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Previous hotel or switchboard experience is a big plus although not essential
